- PK players can see PK spots.
- In BR, all players will have the same stats and skills.
- Increased XP for bulk items for crafting level 9 and below.
- A new FFA PvP zone has been added in the snow near the ritual site (3992, 453), where you won’t become a PK. If you kill someone, you won’t get a kill.
- Fix: Names of softening and slowing effects on shurikens.
- It’s now possible to place more items into the craftsman, scriber’s shelf, and mage’s shelf, which were previously not allowed (scrolls, enchanted items, yarn, and pile of wool).
- Rotten logs will have a new color, still the darkest black but less glitched black.
- Manil and mithril slightly reduce the product’s weight, while gold increases it (technical testing; not confirmed to be added to the game yet).
- New item
carving tools
, crafted by tinkers from better wood and sangvine. They can be used to label containers with text and can be dyed. Applicable (hopefully) to all non-equippable containers and runebooks.
- Large metal chests can now be crafted from all metals.
- The trim of large wooden chests can be dyed with rare tubs.
- Hardgold ingots have a slightly different color compared to regular gold (old ingots can be recolored using the resource ingot chest /from dimension crystals/, and then they can be stacked). Only ingots, not products.
- In the crafting window, items are now colored based on the material.
- New useful information added to house signs: PK/No-PK, number of lock positions, info on the friend zone.
- The game now has a system for friend zones in houses, allowing the owner (with GM assistance for now) to restrict access to foreign players. Besides co-owners, players added through the
.housing add
command can also access.
- Reduced minotaurs’ dexterity and life leech.
- Razor now counts stealth steps when using an invis potion.
- Adjustments for FEN: Fee reduced from 10% to 3%. The password is visible in the list.
- Fixed behavior of paladin mass blesses, now it only shows the “blessed” message if the weapon is actually blessed, and bare hands are no longer counted.
- Engineering no longer requires enough materials for all requested items (it stops crafting when materials run out).
- The gemcutting menu is now sorted by difficulty (smallest -> largest).
- Gemcutting displays chance and difficulty like other crafting skills when attempting to craft.
- Slightly increased skill gain speed for axes, maces, and polearms.
- system error fix: There is a maximum of 30k of ore (sand) you can smelt at once.
Guild Adjustments
- Guilds can now be leveled up to level 6.
- Guild house and guild stone can be paid for from the guild bank.
- All players can now see the rent expiration time on the stone.
- The guild house can be unlinked from the guild stone.
- The list of guild members is now visible to all players.
Tamed Pets Have New Behavior
- Movement while following corresponds to the player; the pet maintains distance from the player (except mounts). The “all come” command allows the pet to come closer (already in place).
- Attack speed is higher than ever, different pets have different speeds, with Mantis remaining the fastest.
- Guard vs follow sets the pet’s aggression (guard = aggressive, follow = passive; a pet on follow should never attack on its own, while on guard it will defend almost immediately if someone even looks at it or its owner the wrong way).
- Flee (* eeeek *) for bridled mounts is faster but covers a shorter distance. If the pet finds a safe spot after fleeing, it will try to stay there unless attacked again.
- On “all attack”, the pet no longer stops in place.
- Shouting “all attack” does not trigger aggression from enemies.
- Pets should no longer switch targets when attacked by multiple enemies. They will choose one and hold onto it until it dies.
- Terrify from fallens, minotaurs, etc., will no longer instantly kill pets. Instead, it will cause * eeeek * (flee) behavior.
- Pets no longer disappear upon logging out (they are saved to the backpack for 7 days and automatically respawn upon login).
- They do not reveal hidden players in the party.
- They can step on players in the party, meaning they can reach their target even through other characters.
(Yes, we will apply this behavior to summons as well.)
Launching Forgotten Realms
- Solo dungeon system. Entrance scrolls drop randomly in the world. Dungeons are categorized by level. Be cautious not to lose your gear in the dungeon. A reward awaits at the end of each one.
- Forgotten scrolls can only be used at the “Forgotten Entrance” located in Daugas near the big tree.
